The experience

Mount Kenya is a trekking peak — no technical climbing needed for Point Lenana (4,985m), though Nelion and Batian are serious rock routes for experienced climbers. We run the three classic routes: Sirimon for gentle acclimatisation, Chogoria for the most beautiful scenery, and Naro Moru for the fastest ascent. Trips are fully supported with mountain guides, cooks and porters, hut or tent accommodation, and a pre-climb night in Nanyuki. Best months: January–February and July–October.
